"The place is nice but the room is small "

"The staff was great very courteous and kind .. hotel very clean and comfortable… great location … my only complaint is parking should be free it’s 22 a night which I think is on the expensive side especially when having such a large parking lot that can accommodate so many cars I not only had to pay for my car but I had a guest visit for a few hours and they charged them 22 as well disappointing…I guess I’m use to my home state where if you rent a hotel room 9/10 parking is free "

"We waited an hour for our shuttle service from the airport. I had to call the hotel many times as no one is answering . We paid $250 incidental just for a day and they have not refunded our money back. We are away on holiday and up until now more than a week ago, no refund back yet. I would not recommend this hotel, receptionist in the morning is not accomodating and unfriendly. On the other hand, rooms are clean and breakfast is basic. "

"Everything was comfortable and the stuff helpful. However the room is dark and gloomy in its brownish colors and in my view needs updating."
