Tranquil!

It was a really relaxing stay with my fiancé. The hotel is very peaceful and there were no technical issues that occurred which is great.

This was a great place to stay if going to the US Open or wanting to be close to Manhattan. The subway is about a half mile walk and Manhattan is the next stop. Also, the US Open is about 7-8 stops away.

Our stay was excellent. The room was clean and the staff was couteous,extremely helpful,and very friendly. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Location is convenient to transportation. Handy location for visiting LIC. The hotel is in an industrial neighborhood but seems to be quite safe. The only negatives: domestic hot water takes a long time to warm up, bathroom exhaust was dead. Overall a positive stay.

Hotel was unavailable as it was converted to a migrant shelter. I confirmed a week before and came to NY and had no place to stay. I was not informed prior to my stay. Very disappointing

Look elsewhere if your budget allows.

We ended up in a corner room which was smaller than a typical room. We asked for new towels one day and we’re told they would be brought up….but never were. No fan in bathroom so after a shower it was steamy in the whole room. Wall paper was peeling off walls and bathroom door was splintering.
