This property is a bit older then what we are used to. It wasnt terrible but the area around the hotel was not very nice. It was nice being near Citifield. That made it worth being there.

I’m crazy impressed with the staff here! There were several flights cancelled at LaGuardia and hundreds of people ended up at this hotel. The front desk and security staff handled a mob of angry travelers with grace and efficient. Incredible!

Great customer service

Parking is awful. Not enough spots in lot. A real issue. Terrible. Service was excellent. Friendly front desk. Room clean and updated. Lovely. Only 2 pillows though.

The area did not seem safe. We did not leave our luggage or anything in the car. Hotel was very old and not in great shape but it was only for one night so we dealt with it

The Entire Staff was friendly and helpful. 6 of the 7 vending machines (drinks only) were out of order. Parking Extremely limited. Victor (Security) was extremely helpful with this but he could only do so much with maybe 30 spaces for entire Hotel. Can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful Victor was during the entire stay.

Nice clean hotel but my only complaint is parking. There is a parking lot but it is very small and if you get back later at night you will not find a spot and will have to park on the street which i wish you good luck on that one as its very hard to find a spot on the street and you could spend alot of time looking for a spot and could end up being more than 5 blocks away

Parking space is very limited

Before I check in I do ask where do I park, and they say let us check you in first and paid the parking fee. They even say they have a parking space but it first come first service. If that full, it help yourself to find it out
