Lotte New York Palace
Our room was very nice and the staff was quite helpful. 2 suggestions: More tables and chairs are needed in the main meeting area on the lobby floor. Also, more than two small complimentary bottles of water should be placed in the hotel rooms when guests are spending more than one night. Thank you! ...

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
I spend 100 nights a year in NYC and always try to stay at the New Yorker if it's available and reasonably-priced. I would stay there every one of those 100 nights if I could. It's clean, convenient, provides great service and just reliable.
