"After receiving confirmation on our stay and booking, after calling to ask questions about the property and get answers, we arrived and call for check and the property was not available. Had to made numerous call to get help and after spending significant time trying to get the issue resolved, we just had to go a different way and get a place ourselves. Will never used them again and the property people also very unprofessional "

"I did not stay. My room was not fully ready, my toilet did not work, the staff was unable to make room keys and had to let me in. They did not have another room available. The staff did not have answers or directions. I was left to fend for myself. Expedia was not available for an actual conversation. The online chat and phone numbers could not help. I left the hotel and went to a sister hotel. My bank is currently disputing the charges because I had to pay in pull at the new hotel."

"Hard to find a parking space at night. Parking spaces blocked with no reason. I did’n see nobody working on it."

"$32 a day for parking as a Hilton Honors member was a little much. Managers Reception/Happy Hour was nice but should be for Adults Only. Some parents were letting their kids make dinner out of the buffet snacks. But overall a nice stay in a good location."

"Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there."

"First of all, the room was not cleaned after the previous guest, which is evident by the pubic hairs on the walls of the shower. Mold on the ceiling, smoke detector missing, ice machine broken the entire time so we had to drive and go buy some. Called and was told they would have someone check it out but never did. We booked this particular place because it had a pool also. Well, the code to open the gate to get to the pool wouldn't work. Reached out multiple times and was told that was the...

"Plenty of parking, rooms were clean but not the best. Pool was dirty and remained dirty during my two days of stay. But still nice budget friendly. Recommended for solo travelers of families that don't look for much luxury."
