"Clean room. Quite loud due its proximity to the major road in New Smyrna. Nothing really nearby in walking distance "

"Needs a good deep clean and some paint. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. When we checked in our room was not hotel clean. Cheerios in the pull out couch, I mopped the floors by hand and whatever they clean the faux would with stained what we set on the kitchen table. Not terrible but not a great experience."
