We could not check in at the check in time due to someone quitting and rooms not being clean, the air condition did not work well, also had to take the stairs because the elevator broke, the best thing was the staff that did work, they were very courteous and friendly

It is very quiet but the rooms on the floors were dirty and the sliding glass door in the shower kept sliding. I had to put a small rag in between the door to keep it from sliding and the breakfast option was horrible.

They staff are really nice except for the new general manager he makes the check in so complicated and has a really nasty attitude I’ve never had this issue untill he came and I’ve been staying here in and out for almost a year now for work.

Like-1. I like the fact that my room was on the first floor so no need to utilize the elevator or stairs 2. I also liked the fact that we needed the room key for re entry…that made me feel safe! 3. A/C had an adjustable unit and it kept the whole room cool 4. Bathroom was clean 5. Bedroom area was clean…bed was soft and comfortable Dislike 1. Dishes,Pots, and pans,etc were only available upon request 2. Website says full kitchen but there was no oven connected to the stove I’ll give it a 4 out of 5! Great area to stay in if you are on standby at the airport and need a place to sleep for a couple nights!

Definitely family friendly.

The kitchen amenities was very good, the bathroom sink was clogged up until I figured out to fix it myself bc the front desk ppl said the maintenance man wasn’t available… when we first arrived it was clean in the room… the floors were dusty tho in it was a weird feeling in the room, over all it was quite. Front desk was very rude. Unorganized, I accidentally left my key in the room and had no way of contacting any staff to get a spare key. They closed the front desk down. They left no emergency directions. It was an horrible experience.

The floor was dirty. Came out for breakfast at 845 am, sign says it closes at 930. They are out of coffee. Lady at front desk said she wouldnt make another pot becase it closes in 10 minutes (it says they close at 930) and she wouldnt waste that much coffee. She said she would make a small pot in the back. She made a half a pot of a regular carafe in the back. By the time it was done there were 5 people waiting for coffee. We each got half a cup. We go to check out, we have an uber waiting and no one ever showed up for us to check out! The only positive is the lady who came after hours to check us in. She was very nice.

I know it is a budget place but man even for that. Understaffed. Inconvenient... unsafe... a guest dog almost attacked me... simply the worst experience ever. The remote helpdesk helped me with my check in. I had to wait for 3 hours in the middle of the night cold and alone to be let in... simplu darn ot!

This works!

The room was comfortable, storage adequate and TV was large. The common corridor smelled funky and the room could use a little TLC but for the price I was very satisfied.

Bang for my buck

I honestly have nothing negative to say about my stay. The worst thing I could say is about the breakfast. It was a grab and go, which isn’t my favorite, but with this being an extended stay, I honestly wasn’t shocked nor too upset. My room was clean and ready for me when I got there. The front desk was prompt with my check in/check out and they were friendly and accommodating. I would stay again honest!

I arrived at The property after hours; someone was supposed to assisted me with checking me into my room! Unfortunately I wasn't able to contact any one! Then, I made several calls to seek help! Regrettably; that didn't help! Eventually, I went to another Extended Stay, next door hoping someone would give me a solution to getting checked in! A Gentleman at this Property was attentive and helpful, but he only sent me back to The other Property! Normally, checking into a Hotel doesn't upwards of Three (3) hours
