"The property is older but everything that you need. The buildings have beautiful artwork done by a local artist. The location is very convenient and easy to find. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was at the restaurant attached to the gift shop and was all delicious! The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the mattresses were old, but overall great experience. We would stay here again!"

"I highly recommend Sitzmark Chalet. It’s a hidden gem and well worth a visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The beds are nice and comfortable. It’s the only place I will ever stay when I visit Ruidoso. I’ve recommended it to family and they agree that it’s a great place to stay!"

"The cost of stay was amazingly affordable. The staff were amazingly helpful and courteous. What I liked most about the property, was the space. Very open space throughout the entire property. Even the rooms are spacious and very modernized. Although the walls are thin, I could hear the TV & conversations from the next room. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, despite the current renovation. I believe when renovations are complete, Cash Rewards will be a high end hotel with all amenities and within a budget. "
