"Employees were fantastic! Pool was terrible, couldn't see your feet for the cloudiness and sand from the kids bringing in beach toys and several chunks of hair. Rooms were ok, headboards weren't wiped down. Heavy smell of marijuana consistently."

"The first thing I usually do when I get to a room is set up my CPAP machine. There were no plugs next to the bed so i moved the bed slightly to get to an outlet and saw that it has not been cleaned under in a really long time. I stayed the night, but was not happy. I went to breakfast the next morning and it was so messy and burnt stuff on the waffle maker. We did not eat breakfast. We actually left the hotel 2 days earlier than we were originally booked for."

"Horrible experience got there at 11am crashed they had put us in a room with drywall repair need on the ceiling in two spots and had some mildew and water stains still from when it’s leaked. And in the morning I tried using the restroom and the toilet seat is stained and peeling off and brown. I couldn’t sit on it for anything went downstairs and had no manager or maintenance staff to talk to. Desk person said manager will reach out to me sometime today. I took plenty of picture if anyone want...

"Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Rooms nice and clean. I like the wood floors and no carpet in the rooms. Have stayed here several times when in town. Always a wonderful experience."

"For the price you can't beat this recently remodeled Red Roof. Great location close to M-59. Very quite night and day. Pet friendly and the grounds are cleaner than most expensive hotels. Staff is absolutely amazing."

"The hotel couldn’t find my reservation because Expedia never sent it to them. The manager was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to help me as I stood at the counter trying to check in. Eventually the call was disconnected by Expedia with no resolution or reservation sent to the hotel. Now I’m stuck with paying for a three night stay at a hotel and I didn’t even stay there."
