"Really nice staff quick check in and check out, no issues or problems at all. Room was really nice only thing I have to say I saw a couple of little bugs on the floor but really not a big of deal. Overall would recommend and would stay again."

Awesome grounds, with a big park-like yard. A/C worked great. Breakfast covered the basics well- bagels, cereal, yogurt, fresh waffles, fruit, fresh coffee. Owners were pleasant."

"Exactly what we needed! Very clean. We arrived late and needed to leave early. The email we received with the room and code worked flawlessly. There was a very large TV, coffee machine with coffee available without a charge. Very happy. "

"We drove from out of state and arrived around 8pm. The check-in process was quick and easy and the staff at the front desk was helpful with recommendations for restaurants in the area when we asked. We had no issues at all and would stay again! "

"We liked this property it was within 10 minutes to everything. We used the pool one day although small in size it was clean and well kept and so was the outside property. Breakfast was ok would have liked more options but for a continental breakfast it was good. For the most part it was well kept and clean except for an eye contact was missed while cleaning on the sink. It was quiet except for one night there was a very loud truck outside idling its engine and we couldn’t sleep we called the...

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and knew you by name. The pool was beautiful and clean. It’s in a middle location so quick to get to Wells beaches and Ogunquit. Will definitely come back. "
