Hotel di New Boulevard

"I had a great stay at this capsule hotel in Batumi. The property is clean, modern and comfortable, and the capsules provide enough privacy for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants and other places within walking distance. Overall, it was a great option for a short stay in Batumi, especially for travelers looking for something affordable, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here...

"great view"

"Very loud place to stay, neighbors smoke all the time, you won’t breathe fresh air with opened windows. Place for people who like to stay up all night and breathe cigarettes."

"I stay where 8 nights from 8 September to 16 September in block D2, the room was good , all new and fresh inside , some noise at night and day time . There is construction around that facility going right now every time and a lot crazy or drunk people to сry at the night time . I closed my balcony door because our neiborhoods are smoked during night time and we fell tobacco smoke too. That Orbi -city hasn’t any parking lot , so I traveled on my vihicke and must be find parking place my self...

"We stayed in this hostel only for a night on our way to Tbilisi to rest however we were super shocked by the fact that they did not provide us blankets... It was really cold outside as you can imagine, I truly cannot understand how come they would not think to provide blankets for the room in December?! It was freezing AC was not helpful that much also the noise was unbearable all night. The room was smelly because of the toilet, I don’t know how to describe the smell, you must be there to...

"Ved tjek ind var personalet ikke særlig hjælpsom og uden nogen former for smil. Kunne kun russisk. Så måske derfor."

"Oda hiç temiz değildi. Koltukta lekeler vardi. Odalar kagit kadar ince duvarlara sahip. O yuzden yan odadaki sesleri net duyabiliyorsunuz. Bina tam bir kaos ortamina sahip. Her saat giris kalabalik. Surekli bir kosturma mevcut. Park yeri var diyor ancak yok. Binadan ciktiginiz anda cilginca bir trafik ve kalabalik var."

"Spent 3 days in June 2026 with family. Amazing breakfast. Скатерть самобранка. Clean and close to the beach. Nice view of the sunset. Refrigerator and safe are in the room. Also drying rack that was not working but maintenance tried to fix it was not a bother. 30 min walk to the airplane spotting very popular point. 2 pools is a big plus (inside and outside) sauna and steam room. Not crowded. . Close to many restaurants. Plenty of places to see Small Vegas … Bellagio fountains and lots of...

"Helpful stuff"

"The apartment was clean and worked well for us."

"Clean, good and spacious rooms. Service was good. Made decent use of the sauna and the bar on one of the upper floors. The AC worked and I slept well."

"L ho scelto perché dava 5 stelle ma in realtà sia per gli arredi che per il personale non più di 3 stelle. Arredi anni 70, spoglio e trasandato . Piscina senza acqua , abbandonata !Camera decente ma piatto doccia con muffa. Bar chiuso , assenza di personale, arredamento terribile. Mi ha stupito la colazione… c’era di tutto ! Una quantità smisurata di cibo. Molto buono tutto ! Non lo consiglio ! Ps meno male abbiamo fatto una sola notte !!"

"Great stay, amazing view. The room was clean, everything looked fresh and well kept. Check in was fast and easy. No delays, we were in our room in like 10 minutes. Staff were really nice too. Friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a truly perfect stay! Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just right – from the friendly service to the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. We felt completely at ease and will definitely come back. Highly recommended! "

"The price-performance ratio was excellent. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and definitely worth the money. I would stay here again."

"Liked: fine location. First line. Close to shopping, Grand Mall restaurants, beach. Excellent view of the mountains and the beach line. Did not like: Dirty floors, broken stove, broken washing machine, uncleaned dishes, defective heat alarm (that summoned only rudimentarily English-speaking, dim, and annoying fire control people three times during the stay, once entering w/o a permission, even after being advised that I would be leaving the premises in 10 min, w/o any pressing reason.) Just...
