"They were super accommodating when I accidentally booked for the wrong day, and they let me change my date at the last minute. My room was clean and quiet, and everything was super comfortable! My only complaint is that some of the stuff was a little worn down. The bathroom door was old and hard to close, and there were loose tiles in the bathroom, but otherwise very good experience! "

"The bathroom was spacious. Bsthroom sink was slow. Tub lacked handles inside to grab on to. Furniture lacked firm support. Bed was OK. Eggs at breakfast were tasty. Great coffee."

"My accessible room was across the hall from the hotel’s laundry room. The door to the laundry room was always left open. I was awaken from a sound sleep a minimum of 4 times as the washer and/or dryer doors were “slammed” shut! Not a comfortable stay. I need to say that this behavior seems suspect if not intentional. "We stayed here for Lacrosse Irish Fest. The festival was right across the street, but we could not hear it from our room. There's plenty of parking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly."
