"The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Wish they had a hot tub, but pool was nice. Loved the continental breakfast but wish they would have had more fruit options."

"Nothing worked. Door knobs were missing. Deadbolts on rooms did not latch. Elevator ‘broken’. For how long, nobody knows. I was afraid to even look for the pool."

Maybe it's common in Columbus (first time in the state), but I've never seen so much signage about "no guns" and "if you live within 3 miles you must show proof of needing emergency [housing]". "The exterior has not been maintained in years. I thought we had the wrong address as it looked abandoned. The locks to the room were loosely mounted to the wall, the floors are so dirty that our shoes are sticking to the carpet The walls had holes in them. I wouldn’t bathe my dog in the shower. The shower had holes in the walls. Ceiling was cracked and falling into the bathtub. The toilet hadn’t been clean in years. There was debris all over the sink and the mirror was smeared. "I reserved a room 5 months ago that came with breakfast, but when I checked in, I learned that the kitchen was being upgraded and that there would be no breakfast. I also brought my swimsuit but learned that the swimming pool was closed for cleaning."
