"This is a fantastic property located on mansion row. The Inn Keeper, Miami was great, providing a delicious breakfast and history lesson about the mansion as well as a few ghost stories. Very comfortable accommodation. We will definitely return if we are in the area in the future."

"My room was a bit small even though it had 2 double beds. Floor spare was very limited. Plug ins only worked in half the room which happened to be on opposite wall of beds On up side- great location, pool was nice, people were very helpful n friendly, spoke English good, great breakfast both days, beds were comfortable, heat n ac was great. All in all I will stay there again. Cost efficient to boot."

"I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff."

"There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."

"This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better."

"Very nice hotel, staff was pleasant. However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy."

"Room was damp. upholstery was stained. floor tiles in the bathroom were loose. The pool was closed for remodeling, which was a big inconvenience with a six year old. Had counted on the pool after a long day of travel. Expedia advertised with pool! Breakfast was good and staff was nice."

"House keeping wasn’t good. Stayed 4 nights and they never replaced the cups and coffee packs I used. Also there were no breakfast options without paying. Probably won’t stay there again."
