"The hotel is a standard 3 star hotel. The room assigned was fine, although I could not open the window. At time it was rather noisy as the main clientele was of teenagers. "We actually stayed at the Palazzo Flora as the original room had a plumbing problem just before we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative both in advance and during our stay. The alternative room was magical, classy and located in the old semi-island part of Gallipoli. Breakfast was great too. Overall a wonderful experience with great staff. "
