"We enjoyed our stay except we weren't able to enjoy the pool or hot tub.
The first evening there were debris floating in both. Went to the front desk to ask for it to be cleaned .
We were told the maintenance man had already lef for the day . The next morning went to check them out and the maintenance man was in the pool area. I asked him when it would be ready. His response was "I don't know ,whenever he got to it."
Knowing I wanted to get in I think he should have gotten to it right...

"There's no elevator if you're booked on the 2nd level. Staff offered to assist with bags. Parking spaces can be in short supply. Room was clean and comfortable but older and dated"
