"The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only downside was that as we had a little person in tow, we'd have to pay to use the pool in the spa downstairs. Which was a shame as we booked the hotel specifically as it said there was a pool. The breakfast was really nice, every member of staff we met were all so lovely and it was only a quick drive into Colmar."

"Thought this was a very lovely hotel. I appreciated the level of detail in the atmosphere and decor in the common areas. We stayed in a family room and it was very well maintained and appreciated. The touches such as a welcome note. Room was spacious and up to par. A drawback was parking needed to be reserved which was not immediately apparent in the reservation. Apparently welcome email is sent prior to arrival but if you are traveling prior to arrival, unlikely you will notice like happened for us. Turned out not to be too much of a big deal as there was a nearby public parking structure, which was actually cheaper. Another drawback was there is no Sunday dinner service other than bar food. Overall very much enjoyed my stay here. Excellent location within walking distance of major landmarks very happy and would stay again."

"The hotel is newish with wonderful air conditioning and a dynamite spa. I really enjoyed the spa (swimming pool , sauna, hamam). The tram stop is a 5 minute walk away. Nice staff"

"Lovely hotel opposite the train station with a spacious family room. Unique branding and super helpful staff. The area is a little bit mixed as expected near a station, but 10mins walk gets you to the river and old town."

"We stayed for two days and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for visiting Europa-Park, making it incredibly convenient. The bungalow is excellentโbrand new, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The suite was much bigger than we expected from the pictures and even more beautiful in person. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had an amazing time. We would gladly come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"
