Muy comodo y con las instalaciones necesarias para escapada. Tiene estacionamiento. Mi unica queja es que servicio de limpieza venia muy temprano. Nosotros estábamos de vacaciines, asiq nos despertaron tidis los dias! El resto estuvo bien

Buena atención y alojamiento recomendable para viaje de negocios. Un poco alejado del aeropuerto asi que hay que salir con unos 40 minutos de anticipación o un poco mas.

todo excelente excepto por el apagón y que el edificio no contaba con generador por tal motivo tuve que bajar y subir 11 pisos con mis niñas y las valijas

Precio alto calidad baja

El lugar donde se encuentra es lindo. El edificio es rústico. La verdad es que precio calidad es alto la noche sale 3250 porque te cobran iba que no está en la la oferta original. No está incluido el desayuno. Te dejan te, y te prometen traer café que nunca llevan. Hay shampo y acondicionador en disperser pero no pusieron jabón. El dpto es oscuro. Tiene una ventanita pequeña. Las chicas que atienden están con el celular y no miran a la gente cuando pasa. Hay hoteles más baratos en el centro.

Para destacar: la buena atención de las señoritas Josefina y Mariana. Un detalle para destacar es el acceso con activador de presencia al garage que está en el subsuelo. Me pareció un buen detalle.

Hice una reserva por una noche a un costo de 1500 + iva y me terminaron cobrando más de 1900 pesos. Un porcentaje mayor al iva sin ninguna explicación. Además el wifi que necesitaba un desastre

Falta de mantenimiento

Mi departamento tenía varias fallas de mantenimiento. No funcionaba la ducha, ni la tostadora. No tenía olla ni colador. Sólo 2 sartenes. No vinieron a limpiar nunca en 4 días. No tiene sentido alquilar un departamento si no podés cocinar. Hubiéramos ido a un hotel por el mismo precio. Deberían chequear antes del check in que las cosas funcionen.

El lugar bien ubicado son dptos. amplios bien equipados sin ninguna decoración, pero la cochera no estaba disponible como dice el anuncio y me quisieron cobrar un sobreprecio, porque dijeron que faltaban los impuestos sin embargo soy usuario de hoteles.com desde hace muchos años con mas de 100 noches utilizadas y contratadas y se bien cuando dice el precio final a pagar en el hotel es de tanto y sin embargo para que lo respeten tuve que hacer la concesión de pagar en efectivo sin factura.-

Buena opción fuera del centro de Neuquén

Llegamos a la tarde-noche luego de unos días en la montaña, previo a tomar el vuelo de regreso al día siguiente. El Google Maps nos llevó perfectamente. La zona parece ser semi residencial-laboral, bastante bien, a 10 cuadras del shopping Alto Comahue y con algún que otro café cerca. El edificio tiene cocheras amplias y cómodas, que no están incluidas en el precio de reserva. La habitación muy bien, amplia, limpísima, cómoda, todo funcionando perfectamente, wifi impecable, solo nada acogedora y sin adornos. La recepcionista muy gentil y servicial. En síntesis, la volvería a elegir, incluso si tendría que alojarme más días.
