"We loved our stay at Louisa’s Place. The staff was so thoughtful and welcoming! A special thank you to Lea, who checked us in. The location allowed us to explore Berlin by foot and public transport. The U-Bahn is steps away. It’s a lovely, clean, quiet hotel. The suite was very spacious, much larger than we expected, and offered ample storage and closet space. "The room was spotless and very comfortable. However the light switches were very difficult to understand. Instructions needed. The single face cloth was removed but not replaced. The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. Particularly the gentleman who greeted us at breakfast and the lady on the concierge desk."
