"We noticed in the lounge area that the staff discriminate against english speaking guests as far as seating is concerned - it happened 3x during our 5 days stay. Also in breakfast room some of the staff was rude and spoiled the day for us. Concierge were excellent and reception too. Wonderful classy hotel and a pity some staff can ruin it for one. Will not stay there again because of staffing issues."

"Modern and nicely designed hotel, friendly staff who were helpful with recommendations and even in helping me to uncork in a wine bottle that was generously provided to us to welcome our stay. We were given a lovely corner suite which was spacious. The bathroom is interesting. A large open space with the sink and a little desk/counter area for your computer. "The hotel was in a good area, and the staff was super friendly. However, I found the room to be a bit uncomfortable. The bed wasn’t comfortable and my room didn’t get any natural light. I don’t think I would stay again. Also the comforter and pillows were awful. I had a hard time sleeping "

"We received a warm welcome at reception and were booked in quickly. Hotel is in a great location and was very handy for walking to some of the major sites in Berlin. We didn't sample the food so can't comment on that. Beds were comfortable but the pillows disappeared the moment your head hit them. Clean, comfortable and good location. We would book again."
