"When looking for a hotel close to the airport, this showed up first, in reality, it's far enough that you might as well drive to Tell Aviv. The hotel only has a shuttle from the hotel to the airport, not the other way around. The bed was comfy and the room was clean, the shower floor was slippery though and I almost planted myself on the floor. The coffee machine didn't work and neither did the phone line. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, she apologized and was nice about it."

"All the staff and super friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious. Even though the hotel is built in the 50’s, it is well maintained. The older lady that works the breakfast buffet is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is a nice variety. The man who works the main desk (I think his name is Sam) is super nice, accommodating, helpful and easy to talk too. The young man who’s the manager is also very nice and always greets you. "

"We had a lovely time at the Prima Vera. The room was newly decorated and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect as we went to explore the Old City of Jerusalem. We o ly wish we could have extended our stay for another night. "
