"The hotel is very nice. Unique experience staying in a converted convent. The rooms are very spacious and open courtyard lovely. The spa is a gem. Turkish bath, sauna, steam room. The restaurant offerings were limited without many restaurants in walking. Parking was safe and easy."

When we got there, they told us all spa amenities were closed until the next day at 11 AM, when we were expected to check out. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked this hotel or even stayed in Aracena at all! It is misleading that they do not let you know beforehand on which dates the spa will be closed. I won't be back. "

"Hotel is in a great location near the center of the small town. When we checked in no one was around to greet us so we had to walk down to the kichen area to find someone The room was very small but nicely decorated. TV had no English channels available - BBC did not work. Bathroom was poor w a shower curtain that let water come out. No lotion and cheap shower gel. Just a few euros would make it special Breakfast is Spanish w toast but no pastries but a lot of cakes available. Fruit ran out and was not refilled. Fine breakfast but nothing special "
