"I specifically chose a property with AC. It was very hot and there was no AC. After I complain, they said they would turn it on but they didn’t. It has to be turned on by the manager for the whole hotel. I am sure I am not the one that was burning up. They gave me a fan."

"This hotel is amazing! The staff are absolutely excellent, very kind and the attention to detail is 5 star! The hotel is very conveniently situated and quiet. It has peaceful garden areas and the breakfast is served on a pretty terrace. Breakfast is cooked to your personal preferences. The room was spacious and luxurious. "Rooms were clean, staff helpful. Unfortunately some spa amenities were out of order and couldn’t be used. There is an odour coming from the spa to the floors - something is wrong with the air flow in the hotel and needs to be addressed by the management. The food at restaurant was below our expectations. Don’t order fish there - it wasn’t eatable, but we were charged anyway…"
