"Our stay was disappointing because the cleanliness was not up to standard. There was old dust built up in all the corners, which made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. The first room we were given also had a mattress that was badly sunken in the middle, almost like there was a hole, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. We had to go back and request a room change because of it. While the staff did switch our room, the overall experience was frustrating and not what we expected...

"Our room was as expected and a great price for the value. There are several amazing amenities on site including nice pools, hot tubs, activity areas (foosball, table tennis, etc…), fitness centre, and barbecues. The location is on the very edge of West Sedona making hikes in the surrounding area and amenities within West Sedona easily accessible by car or shuttle but not ideal if you plan to spend lots of time walking around or in uptown Sedona.
