"The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. They need to make the hotel more friendly for the people with disabilities. They need to put side rails up and make the hotel more wheel chair accessible. Furniture is old, basically to maintain the colonial heritage, but still the furniture could polished to look new. Otherwise no complaints. They just need to make it more friendly for the DISABLED since it’s on the top of a hill."

"Property is located near to mall road, though bit walking is required to reach there, overall it was comfortable stay. Food was excellent, very tasty, hospitable staff, vintage type property, Its one of oldest in darjelling well maintained."

The hotel was hard to access, the sheets and towels were visibly dirty, and there was no soap provided in the room. Worst of all, the pillows were covered in black mold—a serious health hazard that should warrant immediate closure. The Wi-Fi barely functioned, and the overall condition of the hotel suggests complete disregard for cleanliness or guest safety. This is not a 3-star experience by any stretch. Avoid this property at all costs."
