10/10 Excellent

"This was exactly what we needed as a family with kids. The indoor pool, hot tub, and arcade were warm and welcoming. The outdoor pool was great too, but we were early into the summer season so it was still a little too chilly for us. Other families were enjoying it in the cold weather though! The room was your average hotel room, nothing fancy, but tidy and the beds were comfortable enough for me. The breakfast was good with plenty of seating. Overall, it’s a great hotel for the price. The staff was so helpful and very friendly!"

"Nice little hotel overlooking a lake. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the water and the fresh cookies at 5pm. Front desk(Kyle) was amazing! Easy check in, great suggestions for local food. The only downside was the odd layout of the room. A huge bathtub sits in the middle of the room. Also there are two showers heads in the bathroom with no sink. The sink was located outside the bathroom next to the entry door? We made it work."

"This charming B&B in Grand Haven was clean and spacious in a lovely residential area surrounded by other old homes of the period. The renovations and updates done to it were incredible and belong in a magazine. It was nice to sit on the front porch and read early in the morning or chat with other guests. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful, and recommended some things that we enjoyed. Our breakfast included an amazing homemade tomato-basil quiche and fresh fruit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. In fact, I might even go to Michigan again in order to stay here."

"Awful! As we pulled into the parking lot some guy was passed out on the cement while the EMT’s were administering Narcan, our three little kids had to witness that. Ups on check in the front desk asked for a $50 cash deposit, I declined. The whole hotel is filthy dirty, tv’s in our room didn’t work, dirty toilet and shower. Couldn’t open our bathroom door due to the door being swollen from water damage. No lights in the pool area, hot tub didn’t work. Cockroaches and gum in the hallways. No alarm clock or ANY clocks in the whole hotel, refused to give us more towels and body wash. Currently working with hotels.com to get a refund. 10/10 would NEVER recommend!!!"
