Village Hotel Manchester Bury

8/10 Good

"Clean room but could have included a refrigerator as a standard. Hotel was a good choice for a family of 3 with 1 toddler however if you are planning to stay over the weekend, the front facing rooms of hotel can be too noisy on Friday night up to 1 or 2 am due to pub people having a blast just outside the hotel. Breakfast was fine however not a huge variety to pick from. Overall a good experience and would stay again (non front facing room haha)"

"Disappointing stay in what we thought was a good hotel. Rooms were awful.. very badly equipped and maintained. Main areas were nice and clean and well-presented. Breakfast had a wide, varied range of poor quality, over-cooked products. Not worth the money."

"There were marks on the carpet. A previous customer had obviously defecated on the floor. Attempts had been made to clean it but it was still very clearly there. A hotel this level you’d expect all of those little amenities in the bathroom - but sadly corporate greed has got the better of them and they only have the shampoo/shower gel nailed to the wall like a cheap motel. Sad times."

"Amazing Hotel, Only a short one night stay. Lovely grounds and brilliant amenities especially the leisure/fitness facilities - one of the best hotel gyms I have used. Only negative was that the beds were very small doubles (stayed with my wife and 2 sons aged 12&8) and the pillows were not the best. Aside from the above- staff were brilliant and I would happily stay here or at another delta hotel again"
