1. INTECnoclegi

INTECnoclegi
3.0 star property
Gniezno
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (2 reviews)
"We stayed here for 6 nights. The room was clean, the only thing I would say is you only get one pillow. We didn’t get clean towels every day either which wasn’t ideal and the towels are rather small. I did also have to ask for more clothes hangers as we were only given 3, but the hangers arrived within 2 hours of me asking. Everything else was great though, nice balcony and also the shower is great. I’d stay here again. Beware though, it’s about a 20-25 min walk into the centre of Gniezno."

The provided telephone number could not be reached and there was no effective way to contact the property or obtain access to the accommodation. The property also appears highly suspicious: its Google Maps presence has only a single review, and I was unable to establish any contact whatsoever despite having a valid paid reservation. No sign of air con. To make matters worst the property refused to move me to apartment with air con or refund the money. To add insult to injury Images on ebookers do not represent the place at all. "I've stayed at multiple Homely Place units and it's been great. This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. I had to provide a video showing me punching the numbers, because Marta implied that...

Top Nekla Hotel Reviews

B&B Hotel Poznań Old Town

B&B Hotel Poznań Old Town

8/10 Good
"The room we booked was not available and eventually found another room but not as good as original one. The room was nice enough but sadly room not serviced despite asking at reception. Nasty marks on walls in bedroom and bathroom that could be covered easily Good location for city and for using trams. Breakfast good and kept replenished by hard working staff . Probably wouldn't stay again though due to not getting room we booked and then room not being tidied for us. On holiday I don't want to make beds and wash cups!"
