The condition of the hotel is somewhat dated. There was only Luke warm water in the shower. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was wonderful and very reasonably priced.

Room was neat & clean. Property has nice trees with flowers. Staff is helpful and the shuttle was punctual. Hot water in bath room was nice. Staff allowed me to check in early. Thank you ! WiFi in the room did not work for me. That was the only disappointment for me during the stay.

Perfect hotel

Amazing hotel. Staff so lovely and helpful, grounds beautiful, fantastic pool and pool area. This was a short stay, arriving in the afternoon for a flight the next morning but could have stayed here much longer. So peaceful, really unlike any airport transit hotel I have ever stayed in. We only had dinner and all had different things but all were delicious. Free transfer to the airport in the morning was exactly at the agreed time. Thank you very much for a perfect last night in Sri Lanka.

I arrived late to the hotel and the staff was there ready to welcome me and get me all settled in. They were super helpful and always attentive. The restaurant was delicious, the room was massive and clean, the pool was relaxing and the hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful. It’s a hidden gem in Colombo.

Great hotel. Convenient to airport and free xfer is excellent. Driver even waited till we found him out front after our messages didn't get through. We will return.

Unfortunately our stay here got off to a bad start when our airport transfer failed to appear. We were arriving late at night but had supplied our flight details and was confirmed. Tried the contact numbers listed but no one answered. Have not received any acknowledgment about it from the property. Grabbed an Uber and thankfully a security guard was on hand to let us into our room. Room was spacious with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, ok and tidy, but there were exposed wires which was a concern and lots of little flies in the room. Pool did not resemble the photo and couldn’t be used anyway. Could not figure out how to get the ceiling fans to work but thankfully it was a brief stay. The planes taking off were quite loud, but there weren’t too many during the night. Breakfast was very good and the best part of the stay. Disappointing.

This transit hotel is wonderful value. The site is lovely with a range of trees and plants and the pool is excellent. The room is good although a couple of fittings in the bathroom were in need of attention. The service is good in the restaurant and we enjoyed our two meals. Overall, a really great value in lace to stay.

A green oasis in a village setting but only 20 minutes in their transit van to Bandaranaika Airport. Very nice property managers. Remarkably the aircraft noise is like distant thunder - barely discernable.

The hotel was about 25 minutes from the airport. We came late at night so it was perfect to get to bed asap after landing. Bathroom was great very modern and clean for Sri Lanka. The pool was the star though, well maintained and lovely for a dip before check out. We stayed one night.
