"This place is horrible. Waited for an hour before anyone was even visible that worked there. After attempting to check in we still had to wait another 30 mins to finish checking in due to them not being ready. I arrived on time to check in. No towels for the pool were stocked the whole time I was there. Will not go back. Rather sleep in my car."

"The hot tub was lined with rust which gave the clean water a brown hue. The indoor pool looked even worse. Thank goodness we were on the first floor. 3 stories and no elevator."

"The TV would not come on. Called the front desk, employee showed up with 5 remotes. Got the TV turned on. The volume didn't work and we could not turn it off. Had to unplug it. The hot and cold water in the sink was backwards, someone hooked them up wrong. Hardly any food at the breakfast. We were a little disappointed as we've stayed at numerous Super 8 lodging's and not been disappointed."

"Annabelle Gardens felt like home! My kids and I want to go back! The pool and surrounding area was beautiful with fun games! We loved the rooms/suites and having a surprise washer/dryer! The free breakfast with homemade pastries, waffles, pancakes. scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurt, fruit, etc. was perfect! Having free coffee, hot chocolate, soft serve ice cream, and slushees all day long was such a treat. We also loved having the snack store with the best...

"Okay room for the money. However, if you are over 48" tall you will have a hard time in the shower. At least in our room! Never seen a shower head that low! They really need to get this fixed."

"Laundry room dirty, coffee and hot water lukewarm at best, I have spent over a month in this hotel over the past few years and i have never seen the halls vacuumed…..they either need more staff or more motivation…..if this were not the only modern hotel in town it would be empty."
