"Not a great experience. Upon arrival we were told our rooms were not ready. Check in with at 4 PM however it was 445 for a room was finally checked that it was clean and we could get into it. I also called the front desk around 8 PM to tell them the TV wasn’t working to wish I would be told somebody would be sent up to look at it. That never happened. Also, the noise was ridiculous. They stress the quiet hours after 9 PM however I was up to after 1 PM with kids running up and down the hallway,...

"We had a great stay here. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of parking, and great breakfast! The only complaint was that the room felt a little damp, likely from the lack of fan in the bathroom. However, it wasn’t bad enough to negatively impact our stay."

"On site parking for guests was expensive and not clearly explained. I also have several unverified charges from the hotel that staff have been unable to identify or explain, leaving me responsible for charges that remain unresolved. Unfortunately, the process of getting someone to investigate these issues has been frustratingly slow and inefficient."
