"Our beds & bathroom were clean and very nice staff! Some of the things in the room, not so much. The air conditioner didn’t seem to be working very well and when we went to clean the filter, the whole front part of the AC was so full of dust and lint I had to take everything to the bathtub and clean it. I would have vacuumed the vents if I had a vacuum or ever saw staff in the hallway. The vent in the bathroom definitely needed vacuuming and the lampshades were just covered in dust. The rest of...

"The Staybridge Suites in Couer D'Alene is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are large and very well maintained. We have stayed there four times in the last three years and it has been a great experience each time. Each time the staff has been very polite and helpful. We will continue to stay there when in CDA.
