We had the incredible good fortune to be posted on the Piper Rose catamaran run by this hotel. Initially, we were completely surprised to find ourselves on the boat, as we booked last minute and Expedia did not make it clear. we were booking a room on a catamaran rather than at the resort (which they should probably clarify but the resort’s web page does make this more clear). But it was a positive surprise of a lifetime. The catamaran is a new business for this resort, with 4 cabins -, in our case, we rented one of them and we shared about with another family. The boat is absolutely exquisite, gorgeous, and luxurious spaces to eat, rest, and enjoy the sailing. Everything was impeccably, clean, and well run. But the great surprise of all was the staff - from the captain to those who took care of the tiniest details, we were treated with such care and great company that extended far beyond ordinary hospitality. The only downside was that we had to leave…. So fortunate are those that get to experience this luxury and hospitality!

This was pretty close to a perfect island vacation that I could imagine. The resort is small but we didn't get a sense of cabin fever. There are 3 pools and a nice stretch of beach with great snorkeling right there. Daily activities including snorkel by boat, guided hikes on surrounding islands, fishing, etc helped ensure there was always something to do. The food was fabulous with fine-dining experiences for dinner every night. The staff was friendly, chatting and seemed genuinely happy for us to be there while the second resort we stayed at in the Mamanuca Islands didn't have the same vibe. We hope to go back again!

Paradise Cove property and crew are absolutely top notch. It was our first time in Fiji and we will surely return. We arrived by boat and returned by heli. Both fun experiences. If you are getting on the boat after a ling flight get a ticked to the Captain’s Lounge where you’ll find couch seating more easily to get some sleep. Reception had our room ready as soon as we arrived (11am) which is such a nice touch after a long flight from US. The Donu(?) (japanese themed) restaurant is top notch. Omakase is a 5-start experience, did not expect it to be so good. We visited with kids and they found plenty to do. Recommend the night snorkeling activity (for grownups).

We had the best time at Paradise Cove! Amazing people, food, activities, room, and location. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially when my husband's luggage didn't arrive at the airport. Highly recommend staying here. We hope to visit again soon!

A true paradise that I hope to come back one day. The property is just magical and the service and rooms are spectacular. The omakase dinner is so worth it! A must try -yoga in the morning, amazing snorkeling off the hotel beach and wonderful bar staff.Mojee always made sure our drinks were full always with a big smile. Thank you

We stayed on board the Pipe Rose catamaran and visited both the Paradise Cove and Blue Lagoon Resorts. The staff at both resorts were great and the boat crew incredible! Highly recommended way to see the Fijian Islands.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. We had lovely accommodation with great amenities and especially enjoyed the double-headed outdoor shower – such a treat. The beachfront was absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear water just like you’d imagine on a paradise-like island in Fiji. We celebrated a birthday while we were there, and the little extras – the decorated room and the restaurant serenade – made it feel really special. And the food… delicious every single time. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Paradise Cove Resort in Fiji was an absolute nightmare, and I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. We paid nearly $1,300 for two nights – and what we got was not just poor service, but genuine health hazards and outright dishonesty. Disgusting room conditions – bugs and lizards everywhere The room was infested with wildlife in the worst way. Lizards were crawling on the ceiling and even made their way onto our bed. Worse, while my daughter was lying on the sofa, a caterpillar crawled onto her arm. We were terrified for our child’s safety and couldn’t sleep at all during our stay because we kept finding insects crawling around. For a resort charging these prices, basic cleanliness is clearly not a priority. Front desk lied about boat departures, then broke their refund promise Upon arrival, the receptionist falsely told us that no boats would be departing, and actually advised us to leave a day early – which completely ruined our planned itinerary. The resort staff admitted their mistake and promised to refund us for one night’s stay as compensation. However, when we followed up through Expedia, they flatly denied ever making that promise. They went back on their word and refused to honour the refund. This is not just poor service – it is deceptive and dishonest. No apology, no accountability Throughout our entire stay and even after we raised these issues, not a single manager or staff member offered a genuine apology.

ビーチフロントのヴィラに宿泊。なんとフロントがある島の向かいにボートで移動するタイプの部屋だった。特別感があり良かったが生憎天気は嵐。移動用ボートが出ず、レストランには行けなかった。料理はデリバリーしてくれたので食べられた。 そこまでは天気の問題なので仕方ないが、部屋から船を呼ぶための電話がうまく作動せず電話で呼べなかったので対岸から船に大声を出して呼びかけたり別の人が船を呼ぶまで待機しなければならなかった。改善が必要だと思う。また、事前に対岸の部屋のデメリットがわかっていたらメインの島のビーチフロントを選んだので、サイトに記載すべきだと思う。 また、ハンドラインフィッシングのアクティビティが酷かった。2人で90ドルするのだが、途中で嵐になりびしょ濡れ極寒の中スタッフはレインコートなども持参しておらず 続行していた。客が自らもう帰りましょう、と言うまで継続しており返金してほしいレベルだった。 晴れたタイミングの海は過去１レベルで綺麗だった。砂浜からすぐに珊瑚礁があり、魚がたくさんいた。 デメリットを踏まえつつ回避すればとても楽しい宿泊になったと思う。

Location and Service Staff are amazing

Communication between Hotel.com and the resort is awful if you have any booking queries. But despite that the resort is fabulous. The location and service staff are what make it amazing. The adults only cabins right on the beach front offer the best views. Food fantastic.
