"This hotel was one of my favorites when it was still the mandarin oriental. It just doesn’t have that same class and grace anymore. The staff are not well trained and everything takes an excessively long time. The food in the lounge was terrible. The cocktails were the same as a pub and lacked craft. Turn down service was completely skipped for me, so I had to call to get additional water and coffee pods. The tv’s do not have chromecast or app capabilities, leaving you with basic cable options....

"We totally loved our stay here. I totally recommend staying here when visiting D.C. as you can walk to everything, and we did just that. The view of the White House and the rest of D.C. from the roof top is just stunning. I hope to get the chance to stay here again. It is right across from the Treasury building, the White House and the Hamilton restaurant. Fly in to Reagan National, walk to the METRO inside terminal 2, ride to the closest METRO station and walk to the HOTEL. NO car needed. If...

Lo único que tendrían que mejorar es la atención del personal de resección en el restaurante donde sirven el desayunó incluido, los meseros muy amables, la señora que hace los omelette muy atenta.
