"Room was very spaceous and clean with a full kitchen. The proprietor was friendly and helpful. The location is close to restaurants and shops in Waltham. And the paved bike walking trail and the Charles River are accessible from a path in the back of the hotel."

It's in CBD near to orange line walkable to green line only concern is over priced property r other wise v would have stayed more days

"My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Maverick Suites on Newbury. The room was clean, easy to access, and felt safe. It also has a full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, and all other needs if you want to prepare your own meals at any point.
We were on the first floor, so we heard a lot of noise from the street. For us, it wasn’t disruptive, and we were provided with earplugs just in case. The street is bustling, so the noise was to be expected.
My only complaint was the low water...

"We expected to really like this option of a budget, no-frills place in central Boston. If it had been clean and felt safer I would have rated it highly. It was not clean; someone else’s smelly clothes were still under the couch. It did not feel safe; you can see daylight through the door jams and the only locks are the handles with key codes. There was only one towel and one shower mat, without washcloths, in a room for 4 people. It was also not at all clear from the listing that the bathrooms...
