"The room was great. Plenty of very hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good. Suggest that you start offering decaf coffee as well as regular coffee.
The desk staff in the late afternoon/evening shifts were sullen & not that helpful, Looked as if they were tired, bored, or unhappy.
The desk staff in the mornings were bright & cheerful. Greeted guests & were delightful. The breakfast staff were also very kind & helpful."

"Host was very hospitable and helpful. Provided an excellent and interesting tour of the main floor rooms, explaining historical significance and the house design and construction, as well as the furniture, art, paintings, decor, dining ware etc. The room was comfortable, clean, bed was comfortable. The private washroom and shower were clean. Parking was free on the street in front or at the side of the mansion, street lighting was good, no concerns strolling around town at night and down to the...
