"Rooms were clean and spacious. Showers were nice and hot. Hot tub and gym facilities were nice. Staff was super helpful. Swimming pool was cold but clean. Would’ve been great if the pool was heated. "

Bei den Zimmern zur Straße hört man manchmal abends die Musik aus der Taverne nebenan. Das Personal am Empfang ist außerordentlich freundlich. "The toilet didn't have a hook, apart from one holding a handtowel. Further, the kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. No microwave , nor washing liquid or tea-towel or paper-roll. It was a bit chilly, but there was no central heating either. Not very happy with the hotel. I don't think I'd recommend it to anybody. "

"Spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice view. However, the curtains don’t block the sunlight well, making the room very bright early in the morning. Also, only hand soap was provided—no shampoo or shower gel, even though there were towels. As a result, I had to buy a €3.50 shower gel from the supermarket inside the reception, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some of the lights were broken."

"Never again! Dirty sheets, uncomfortable beds, electricity disconnected twice in one night where we don’t have heat. I tried to get out of my booking on the second night but they refused. Not recommended at all. Avoid if you can at all cos! "

"For perspective this was our fourth trip here stretching back 15 years. Our two bed apartment in Apollo Heights was fantastic. Large, spacious with a good balcony and view. "⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Stay My experience at Venus Beach Hotel was extremely unpleasant. A staff member named Sofia spoke to me rudely at breakfast when I politely asked where the cutlery was. She told me I “cannot sit over that side” and then publicly commented that I needed to “dress properly,” even though I had a blouse over my bikini and was never told about any dress code.
