Condo Rentals in Nassau County

"You are renting a time share, and staying in someone else's place, with their furniture, flat screen TV, cable, etc. The unit I rented had folk with good taste, two bedrooms , each with its own private bathroom, a living room, dining room, kitchen, with a large balcony overlooking an endless beach directly on the Atlantic ocean. "This property is not as pictured in the listing. The pictures are outdated and do not show the dirt, water stains, bugs, rust, paint patches, pee smelling rugs, janky front door lock, and a host of other issues that you would not expect from a “luxury condo.” The elevator is very run down. The after hours service was zero help when I could not find the unit, because it is not properly labeled and there is no way of knowing exactly where it is without just guessing. "No Ubers "

"It was good for what we needed. It allowed us to bring our dog. The unit was dated and the sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged. Other then that worked well"

"This is a very outdated property and a very good location. The location is very convenient but I'm not sure anything has been upgraded. In the last 10 years. The bed was squeaky and felt like a cardboard box, The iron was broken with wires hanging out, Please don't open the medicine cabinet. It's rusted. Popcorn ceilings, with a switched outlet for the fan. With some simple upgrades this could be a great property but it looks like poor property management to me."
