The Rodeway Inn Nashville Donelson was a great hotel to stay at. And I liked that there was an Agave's Mexican Restaurant right next door. The only thing I noticed is that there was only hot water coming out of my shower in my hotel room which might have had to do with some water issues that maintenance was working to fix or something. Otherwise, everything was great and I'd come back to stay at the Rodeway Inn Nashville Donelson again.

Great location for our needs: basic comfortable room near the airport for return trip home. Agave Mexican restaurant and Dunkin Donuts steps away a convenience. I am a jogger and was able to jog the neighborhood immediately west, no loose dogs, area seems safe with mix of people, somewhere from working class to middle class. Lots of businesses within a mile to the west (where I jogged).

Well to start the first rm I was in when u ran the water in the sink it went thru to the floor. The young lady gave me another room with a ceiling fan which was really nice but the fleas and raches were a huge problem. I had raid and flea spray but it worked only so well. I didnt like that u had to either check out your rm at 11:00 and check back in at 3pm if u were extending or pay 40.00 to stay in the rm. I did this several times while extending my stay. After awhile I just got tired. It can be expensive after awhile. The rm itself was okay it was just the roaches and fleas. You cannot do a late check out unless u pay 20 00 an hour. They have Agave Mexican restaurant (the food is good right next door) In the mall across the street they have another restaurant where they cook catfish,chicken wings,burgers ect... The food is very good and reasonably priced They have a Dunkin there and a Daddys Chicken,and also a Panda express resturant. Location is really good. The young ladies at the desk were very pleasant.

It wasn't too bad at all. The bed was comfortable. There were a few minor things that I cannott complain too much about. The heater seemed to be on the blink but they loaned me a portable heater which made things a bit more comfortable. All in all if you need a reasonably priced hotel room it is not too shabby.

The hotel is decieving. Pictures look nothing like real life. There is bulletproof glass at the help desk, and the woman there had gloves on the entire time. Even when I returned to the office to return our keys only an hour or two after check in. The front looks okay, but most guest stay in the back. Parking is far from the rooms. When we located our room, water was seeping up from under the floor, chair was falling apart underneath. The bathroom door was disgusting, but the ceiling was even worse. Mold, peeling. Stuff horror films are made of! Thankfully no bugs that we saw. The wax ring on the toilet must have been bad so the smell of sewer was overwhelming. We stayed for a small time to allow our cat to use her box, but ultimately ate the cost of the room and left around 10pm after seeing all kinds of characters around their rooms including a lovely "working woman" wandering around. It was time to GO. When I returned to the office, the same woman came out of nowhere with the same gloves on to unlock the office. Save your money, go somewhere else. Never ran away from a stay so fast!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! The staff was nice however the hotel itself? Absolutely disgusting! There were stains all over the furniture some looking like blood stains. There were holes in the walls looking like someone punched it or put someone’s head through it. The room smelled horrible and the ac didn’t work. We were put in 2 different rooms and they were the same so I’m sure the rest of the property is also like this! The doors also did not shut all the way and it was just overall very unsafe feeling.

So I was completely shocked with my stay here but in a good way! The reviews had me so worried it was gonna be straight up gross and nasty. Not at all in our case! The room was clean for the most part. Sheets and beds were clean and smelled like so. The only dingy part was the bathroom tile in the shower and the floor left our socks black. But we came prepared based off other ratings and warning and the company either A finally fixed the issues they were having or we got extremely lucky in our room we stayed in. I would definitely stay again if it was like last night's stay. 10/10 for what it costs to stay there. I'm not complaining for the 55 we spent on the room.

My heater didn’t work. I was cold when the outside temps dropped. There were holes in the fitted sheet and the spread . It was run down and not maintained. Had to buy wide tape to seal the lower half of my door from the gap that let quite a draft in. Bed was very comfortable though and lady on evenings was sweet and helpful.

Where do I begin? The multi[ple cobwebs hanging from the ceiling? The bugs I had to kill crawling on the floor? the fact I'm 72 and they put us on the top floor all the way to the end of the row of rooms? Oh and the elevator was broken!!! The pool looked like a swamp with garbage floating in it? All the addicts and low life's hanging out in the parking lot? The transients living there? The broken light in the room? The tv wouldn't work? I think you get the point. The staff was "professional" but not very friendly nor were they accommodating. The property needs about a million dollars to upgrade. It was a dark, dirty. run down severely neglected building that should not be operating as a business until some serious major renovations take place. In all honesty, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
