"The lock on the door to the balcony was broken and the balcony was dirty and hadn't been swept. The bathroom was tiny with the sink out in the room. The breakfast was mediocre with a sign saying there was sausage but instead was bacon. The cleaning person did not speak English and kept sending us in a wrong direction when we were trying to find our room The only good thing I can say is the trainer at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"The staff, particularly front desk and housekeeping were unhelpful and at times difficult. The place was empty on a Friday afternoon, but they make you wait until exactly 4pm to check in- they couldn't even be a little helpful and accommodating. We requested a rollaway bed for the room- it took 4 hours and at least 5 phone calls. It just didnt seem as if the staff wanted to be helpful. It is as if the word "concierge" doesn't exist, and I don't remember it being that way in the past."

"Be warned during holiday weekends it’s PACKED , the check in line was long and took us an hour just to get to the front desk and then an additional 3 hours before our room was ready. Also you can hear everything even on the top floor so be ready to hear screaming kids running up and down hallways all weekend. Aside from that the place is great I forgot the bartenders name but he was so nice and so helpful gave us some great tips. If you need to go to the walmart close by go on saturday it’s...

"We had a 2 bedroom suite. The room was clean, appears with new carpeting, appliances all working. Pools were nice, The lobby was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and from our perspective we didn’t see any of problems other people were talking about."
