Nice stay overall. As expected, not much around the property, but there are several towns a short drive away worth visiting. The house has two units in it, but we never heard them. Bathroom could use a bit of an update and improved water pressure.
Otherwise the house was clean and well appointed. Would recommend.

Lovely cottage, a short drive from Narberth
Lovely little property, warm and well presented and extremely well-equipped. Lovely location, very peaceful. If you're lucky enough to get nice weather, it's even more perfect. Wonderful service from the hosts. Hassle-free and no issues. I'll be back very soon, I hope.

Lovely stay at the Anchor Well
Lovely modern cottage, very clean and warm. Quiet rural area with well maintained garden and patio that was ideal for our dog. Five minute drive from Narberth with its shops, chip shop, pubs and pizza place. Chinese takeaway also delivers to this property. Only negative was the property wasn’t easy to find off the main road (had to ring the property management company for directions). It has an adjoining property called the Beacon (we weren’t aware of this when we booked). The sign for the beacon is on the main road, you need to follow the lane up to both properties.

Disappointing
Having stayed in a few properties in the area we wouldn’t return to this one. The initial description is deceiving , it is shared with another property , hot tub is separate but gardens are shared.
As soon as we arrived, the front door broke, I contacted the company at 5:30 but didn’t hear back from anyone until the morning. They did swiftly send someone out to fix the front door however it was obviously an issue for a while before we arrived.
Second day I put the washing machine on and it flooded the cupboard and blocked the sinks. I contacted Harvey who came out that evening to have a look and arrange for somebody to come in next morning. The sinks were apparently blocked with food again , something that should’ve been dealt with as part of a deep clean/maintenance.
Other issues we encountered were- the hot tub didn’t work very well and the handle of the lid was broken, outside light didn’t work, coffee table was extremely wobbly, shower was quite dangerous as the temperature would fluctuate massively and the bedroom window had a big gap down the side. there were cobwebs inside the property so it’s obviously not being cleaned thoroughly.
It feels as though this property is probably being done up gradually, the bathroom needs completely changing. They should make it clear that it joined to another house particularly when it accepts Dogs.
The management company were very quick to come out however I did make it clear to them that these issues could’ve been avoided.
