B&B Hotel Napoli

"BnB Napoli was a good value, and it was really close to the train station. I was disappointed by a few things, though. There was no shampoo provided. There was only body wash. The hand soap dispenser was broken. The toilet was very hard to flush, and there was no refrigerator in our standard room. I need a refrigerator for my medication. We asked to be moved to a superior room for access to a fridge, but there were none available. The staff offered to store my medication in the reception desk fridge, which was very kind of them. It’s a nice enough place for a short stay."

"The room was very nice and had a great view of the city. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and we were able to keep our bags at the front desk for a couple of hours past checkout to explore the city. We absolutely loved the breakfast and the restaurant’s roof top view, and would highly recommend adding it to your stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient to access the train station, but it can feel a bit unsafe to walk around at night as it’s a high traffic, urban area. However, this did not deter us from exploring during the day as there are some yummy bakeries and cafes in the area."

Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel

"Clean hotel, but in the warehouse area not near anything of walking distance. Very basic amenities in the room, no wash clothes, no iron or steamer and no hair conditioner only shampoo. Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room. We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. The water from the shower was warmer therefore we didn’t use the hot tub. Staff were friendly and the free shuttle was nice. Also, they have parking nearby if you drive here. Roof top bar and restaurant was enjoyable and staff friendly. I would rate this a 3.5 but that wasn't available"

"Poor area. Horrible parking with trash and graphiti everywhere. Drivers are crazy. Inside the hotel great but leave anywhere and its like a video game. Empty offices, homeless burning garbage, just wild."

"There was no airport shuttle. I had to get a taxi. The room was clean but couldn’t open windows because garbage outside attracted flies. Our room was noisy outside til about 3:00 am. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend a great restaurant two minutes walk. Beds and linens were very comfortable"

"Check-in was excellent. There was a crowd of folks(a tour group) occupying the lobby. We could barely enter. The person behind the counter recognized it immediately and motioned for us to approach and check in. Leaving was another story. While they'll call you a cab, they don't have doorman service like most first rate hotels. This is a uniformed person that flags the cab, directs him where to stop then assists you to it. We were on our own, couldn't locate the guy, crossed the 6 lane street 3x and finally jumped into another cab. The room was very nice. The only downside was the shower stall. It was really TINY. Was like a travel trailer. We are not big people. If you are, it is a definite consideration."
