Overall, this was a nice place to stay. The reason I docked it one star are because of things outside of the control of the hotel.
The room itself was nice (though I wouldn't call it "luxury") and spacious. The bed was quite comfortable! There was a balcony which looked over a little side street. The aircon/heater in the room was a welcome addition!
All the staff I encountered were extremely courteous and helpful. However, they do seem to leave about 1:30ish in the afternoon. After that, there is no staff on site.
The location was excellent--steps away from the Metro station and surrounded by restaurants and shops! I traveled alone (solo female) and felt safe and secure.
It is, however, an extremely noisy area. Not the fault of the hotel at all, but something to be aware of. The double-glazed balcony doors do a great deal to dampen the sound, but there were building works happening and sirens passing all night. It did make it a bit difficult to fall asleep; however, once I was asleep, it did not wake me up. if you are a very light sleeper, however, you may want to go somewhere else.
Overall, I would recommend staying here. Enjoy!
