The facilities are great, however the place needs a spruce up. Our room felt dirty and old. The restaurant food was terrible, but service was very friendly.

It was great !! Our cabin was clean and comfortable. Lots of activities for the kids. Just what we needed. Perfect!!

I really liked it here, the only downfall was my whānau arriving at 2pm to check in to be told that the room wasnt ready and there would be a phone call when it was...no phone call came...go back at 5pm to be told that the room was still not ready and the people were still in there until 11pm! No apology for my whānau having to wander around for 3 hours! But as I said I really liked the place, would like to come back again, but please make sure that the rooms are ready at 2pm!

Property is clean & tidy & awesome park & amenities for the kids. Our beds were very uncomfortable. The top bunks I didn't put my kids in as you can feel the wooden slats through the skinny mattresses on the bunks. The bottom ones had thicker mattresses which was good. The top bunk & bed mattresses need replacing. The pool was really nice. Shame the little kid pool is so cold so we couldn't use it, but the bigger one was warm enough to swim in at night time. Would definitely stay again. Changing those couple things would make a huge difference.

The only thing we had a problem with was the power points that were available by beds were behind the bed a bit difficult accessing other than that. We loved in and were well looked after cant wait to stay again

Site has excellent facilities and is well laid out. The units are a little dated and very poor soundproofing, and for these reasons are perhaps a little overpriced in comparison to some hotel/motel units. However the unit was clean and contained everything you need .

Property was great, very family friendly if traveling with kids. Pool was nicely heated though we didn't go in as it was raining when we were there. Would absolutely stay again!

This suited our needs ok, we would of liked a bbq bit closer to use or the restaurant to be open on night we arrived, found the rooms at times bit noisy - bring earplugs

I stayed at the Kennedy park resort for just one night in Napier. The accomodations was spacious, clean,good facilities including kettle, microwave, job, fridge. Hot water for showers and fresh towels provided. Excellent place to stay.

Very impressed with two bedroom villa
We had an awesome stay in a two bedroom villa. Lots of space, clean, comfortable, well-stocked and high quality furnishings... we were super impressed considering how much we paid. The playground was great for my toddler and the checkin process was quick and easy. We will definitely be back to stay!

Facilities were excellent. Location great. Cabin was quite small but very clean and had evrrything we needed. My only complaint was the beds...our beds were very uncomfortable, on queen bed mattress springs sticking into my ribs all night and bunk bed mattresses were thin and bunks squeaky. No one had a very good sleep - but overall we enjoyed our stay.

In the bathroom showers there could of been more hooks to hang clothes etc Loved my stay and thought the bathrooms & kitchen in the main area were much better from what it use to be like a few years ago when i was there. They could do with an up grade on the bathrooms by the swimming pool.

We went as a family of five, kids aged 4& under. They had an absolute blast as did we. The facilities were all clean and as advertised, staff on reception really friendly and helpful. Overall great stay
