The unit was quite adequate but the curtains in the toilet and kitchen had holes. The curtain on the ranch-slider needs more hangers. It looked untidy.

Well located, convenient, roomy, well equipped. All that we needed was available, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The standard of cleaning was poor, however.

Property is old and tired! Toilet isn’t very clean and although it has all the facilities you need it does need updating! Area is mainly residential but not far from Napier city centre

It had a nice little private courtyard. One of the single beds was broken so had to take the mattress off and sleep on the floor, the cups weren't cleaned as i found one with what looked like cola stuck to it. The main bedroom smelt musty. Probably wouldn't come back.

PRO: * The owner was very nice to deal with friendly. * The location was good and very handy. * Price was very reasonable. * There were only 6 units so it was quiet and not so busy CON: * I think they should fire their cleaners an get new cleaners because when we opened the sheets for one of the beds, it had food crumbs all over it (and hair!), the back of the doors were dirty (a wet cloth would have done the trick), it was dirty behind the beds, one of the pots had dried noodles (for some time I think) and there was mould above the sliding door in the bathroom. * The room we had was just 'tired' and in need of a do up.

Great place to stay. Very quiet & clean. Owner was very helpful & friendly. Nice individual grassed outside area per unit. Napier is a must see. Will be returning.

It is a basic unit but comfortable, clean and tidy. Was good value for the price, especially at the last minute during a busy time. Handy location to town. Friendly and helpful staff, especially as we checked in very late.

The only disappointment was that the dishes (cutlery/chopping board/plates) needed to be washed prior to us eating off them. Although the bathroom was quite small for a family unit (that could sleep 8) the walls had marks and hair on them like it needed a good wipe down.

Lots of space, warm, clean and quiet

Had exactly what we needed for our 2 night family stay. Love the space, comfy beds. Rooms are very basic and maybe in need of upgrade but rooms were very clean, staff super friendly and helpful. We've stayed before many times and will be back with our family.

Cuando llegue a registrarme si bien estaba dentro del horario previsto no habia nadie en el.lugar para recibirme. No tenia telefono para llamar y lo pude solucionar con una amiga que vive en NZ y me hizo el favor de comunicarse y solicitar que alguien se acerque. El resto de la estadia estuvo ok. Me dio la sensacion de que no se manejan a diario con la pagina y nunca se enteraron de mi reservacion.
