Rude unhelpful check-in Staff. Can't see myself staying at an F1 again. Check-in Staff make or break your stay, Strongly recommend a higher level of Customer Service.

Basic hotel. Comfortable beds and pleasant helpful staff. No ensuite but communal showers and bathrooms were all modern and clean. Extended checkout until 4pm for extra €10 Bus stop close by linking up with tram into city centre. TV didn't have any channels showing and vending machines not accepting cards. Overall a good budget stay.

I booked this hotel fir 4 nights when I arrived at this hotel really tired they turn me away They couldn’t find my name on the booking I shown the my Reservation They told me they were fully booked and couldn’t help me They told me to contact Hotels.com I don’t recommend this place it’s expensive, far from the city and far from shops ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Rien à dire sur la chambre c'était propre. Ce que je reproche j'aurais aimé avoir une salle de bain et toilette dans la chambre surtout pour l'hygiène. Par contre très brillant la nuit entre les salles de bain, courir dans les couloirs. Seul point positifs le personnel très accueillant. Discret.

Le Formule 1 a bien changé au fil du temps , il est devenu un logement social pour les sdf ou personnes réfugiées . La n’est pas le souci mais plutôt le bruit , les conflits , la propreté lorsqu’on paie pour dormir on peut prétendre à de la tranquillité ??

Les cloisons en papier sont utiles lorsque l'on veut assister à la conversation des voisins mais lorsqu'il s'agit de dormir paisiblement, c'est plus compliqué. 45€ l'hôtel pour ne pas dormir, j'aurais peut-être passé une meilleure nuit dans ma voiture

2 eme jour je trouve un cafard sur le lit, on devais changer de chambre sur les consignes de hotel.com, personne est venue, au petit dej jai demande si c'était possible davoir du pain la dame me reponde quil falait le mettre au four avec un ton derangeant, l'appareil pour taper le code ne fonctionne pas, obligée de chercher quelqu'un pour accéder a la chambre, accueil bordelique, personnel incompétent, du jamais vu ! Un hotel meme F1 se dois d'être propre avec un accueil digne ! Plus jamais Conseil pour hotel.com, enlevez le de la liste !

Il y a un lit, donc on peut dormir.

La chambre avait le strict minimum (un lit, un lavabo, une très petite table et une chaise) Toilettes et douches communs Rien pour pouvoir se préparer un petit-déjeuner sans payer un supplément (pas de bouilloire) La chambre est très mal isolée, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir, et les gens sont bruyants)

Pas de boite a cle puisqu'il n'y a pas de clef... le mec de l'accueil complètement perchée, il ne comprend rien et inefficace. Il me demande de payer un supplément, ensuite me fait signer la charte ... uniquement en anglais. Me donne une facture, j'attends... et au bout de 10 min il me demande se que j'attends, juste ma chambre, il eme dit que cest marquer avec le code sur la facture, il aurai fallu le dire des le depart. Nuit bruyante dans les couloirs, et des gents en serviettes et pijama, wc et douche dans le couloir. Pas de table de chevet, fenêtre ouverte a mon arrivé, il faisais super froid. Le rideau ne cache pas la lumiere, il a fsit jours tres tot.

Hôtel F1 Nantes Est La Beaujoire à éviter.

Chambre ridiculement petite ainsi que salle de bain. Pas de chaise, pas de table (même petite) pour écrire, pas de porte manteau. Les deux serviettes sont simplement des grands mouchoirs, pas de gobelets ou verres pour les médicaments ou autres. On est obligé de ranger la valise sous le lit. L'espace "petit déjeuner" est équivalent à un jouet pour poupée: à quatre convives, tout est plein. J'aurais payé la moitié de ma note, la facture aurait été encore trop élevée.J'estime avoir été volé.
