"The rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool is nice, but this hotel is terribly located and over-priced. There are no restaurants or sights within walking distance, and it’s still a 25 minute drive to the airport. Since the hotel restaurant was closed for a group event the night we were there, we walked around trying to find somewhere to eat, but the neighbourhood did not feel safe at night. We ended up just ordering Uber Eats. Breakfast was not included and was expensive, but we had no other options. I would never stay here again."

"the property has an excellent location, very close to the Rotonde and all sorts of markets, shopping . The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room that we booked is a little on the small side but weve travelled to europe before so did not expect big rooms etc... and it was perfectly fine for us . I would recommend boutique Cezanne Hotel."

"The hotel's location is very convenient for the airport, which is why I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Marseille, especially when I have an early airport shuttle or flight to catch. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The only downside is outside the hotel. As you approach from the street side, there is a strong smell of urine, which is a bit off-putting. Unfortunately, this is something I've noticed on every visit. However, once inside the hotel and at reception, everything is perfectly fine."
