"The bed was comfortable. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby. Close to the metro. What makes this hotel is the service. The man in reception is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He is a real credit to this hotel. His customer service is exceptional. "

"The hardest part was finding this hotel. For some reason the taxi driver took a long time to find it. Only after he called them on the phone and was given directions could he get there.
