Good central location and parking. However very small double room, air conditioner seemed not to be working well. Rooms seemed worn down and outdated. Receptionist friendly, but breakfast seemed chaotic at peak hours. Staff not able to refill and clean and annoyed by request to refill. We would not book it again.

Rooms were clean and fresh, but just a bit on the small side, which didn’t really affect us. Staff were friendly and helpful

The staff are fantastic! Very helpful nothing is too much bother. The only issue I do have is with the door cards, had to go down everyday at least once to get it reissued as it would not read at all on the door reader.

Bien qu’il y ait un certain effort sur la déco , la chambre est bien trop petite , ressenti moins de 10 m2. Il n’y a pas de porte vers les toilette et la douche , séparée par une baie vitrée du lit . Vraiment trop bizarre . Pas d’endroit pour travailler , à peine une tablette et un tabouret en fer . Trop cher pour la prestation

Cette fois ci la chambre était moins confortable: isolation phonique très mauvaise, fort odeur des canalisations et bruit provenant de l'extérieur (moteur de la clim de la chambre voisine ?). Problème avec les clés qui ne fonctionnent pas. Point positif: le personnel est adorable et le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Bien sauf le petit-déjeuner

Hôtel rénové, bien situé pour voyage d’étape. Accueil réception impeccable et professionnel. Chambres propres, modulo les toiles d’araignées sur les luminaires de la salle de bain, mais très mal insonorisées. Petit déjeuner à revoir: buffet quasi vide un dimanche matin à 9h30, plus de pain, plus de mug ni verre ni bols ni serviettes (nous nous sommes rabattus sur des gobelets cartons, pas très eco responsable, et la vaisselle enfants), service déplorable. La jeune fille est totalement dépassée, au bord de la crise de nerf… Dommage car le choix semblait prometteur (un peu mieux le samedi matin).

Hotel bem localizado próximo à estação de trem e a uma curta distância da Praça Stanislas. Estacionamento pago, e dá acesso ao hotel. Quarto pequeno com camas confortáveis e vaso sanitário separado do chuveiro e pia. Box grande com chuveiro muito bom e com ótima pressão. Café da manhã bom e bem variado. Funcionários simpáticos, gentis e solícitos. Wi-Fi funcionou muito bem. Ar condicionado não funcionou bem no período.

La chambre est très propre, le lit confortable, un peu vieillotte dans mon cas. Petit point négatif, il faisait très chaud dans ma chambre et la climatisation n'était pas super efficace (et nous ne sommes qu'en avril). J'ai un doute concernant l'efficacité de la clim en été. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et complet.

Un hôtel au top

Un super séjour, un bel accueil avec une équipe à l'écoute et à disposition. Beaucoup de services à disposition ce qui est très agréable : boissons chaudes en libre service, pop corn, commande possible en permanence, salle de sport, studio de musique et sauna. Les chambres sont très bien équipées et bien insonorisées. On se sent vraiment bien dans cet établissement. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
