Not only do they provide complimentary shuttle to/from airport or other location, they also provide daily shuttle to town at 6PM and pick up at 9PM. The room was very big with a nice ocean view. We especially enjoyed the pool bar, which had a beautiful panoramic view and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the bathroom water was not hot enough, and the water drainage system was quite slow, which could be improved. Overall, we still had a pleasant experience."

"Hotel is in a good location and could be nice but it is old and dated and a bit run down. We booked a double room with a king bed but they only had twin rooms available, they tried moving us to different rooms but the condotion of them was very poor. The aircon wasn't working well, the water pressure was non existent and if 1 person used the toilet wr had to wait a long time for there to be enough water to have a shower. It was impossible for 2 people to shower after each other as there wasn't...

"Basic room, nice staffs and good location. But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast. There's no wifi. Towels are dingy. Door has a gap which allows unruly tourists noise and cigarette smells to come in. We requested early breakfast box the day before in the morning but we did not get any as the cook did not show up.
